Our day-to-day behavior is based on our subconscious mind which is primarily formed in our childhood, and emotional DNA that has been handed to us from previous generations. We carry the trauma and memories that do not serve us in our nervous system which can manifest in our physical and energetic bodies and block us from achieving what we are aiming for.
