I met Mike Clark in 2019 in Kelowna at an unofficial Dental Summit. It was a meeting organized by a number of Henry Schein reps from Western Canada and gave us a chance to swap stories and notes on how we were working in the dental industry.
Mike and Workforce was one of the shining lights of that meeting as he addressed the issues of staffing, which we as reps get bombarded with requests when offices need people. But Mike also educated us on the general unorganized mess that the Dental Temp Staffing arena is compared to other industries.
There is a lot of risk and inconvenience with how the current temp-staffing world works - for employees and employers. Workforce is doing what they can to improve the experience for both employees and employers.
