Louise Harman is a no BS copy and messaging coach and business friend who is on the pathway for an ADHD diagnosis.

With 200K people on the wait list in the UK I’m a firm believer that we should feel empowered to start exploring those ADHD realisations while we wait in limbo, and so this conversation is really important to share with you all so you can feel inspired to do the same.
