How are you generous, tender, and compassionate toward yourself? It can be a challenge to have an appreciation for our circumstances when our circumstances are difficult. However, the difficulties may be what prepare us for the next big wonderful thing in our lives. The relationships that go away make room for new ones, and the jobs we lose leave room for other opportunities. It is about perspective, resilience, and gratitude.
May you take time to dance in your heart and soul during this holiday season, knowing that you matter and that I am grateful for you. May you find generous compassion for yourself and others. CREATE the YOU that you hope to see in others!
