Welcome back to the CYCLICAL Podcast! Ahhh the lovely luteal phase. The luteal phase is a common time of the month when SO many of us struggle with symptoms ranging from breast tenderness, PMS, exhaustion, sensitivity, anxiety, food cravings and more! Especially if we’re dealing with a deeper issue like a hormone imbalance, we can really feel like up to half of the month is challenging and full of symptoms.
