We have all rested injuries, and taken ages to come back. Most of the time still feeling fragile. Leading to us calling that area ‘bad’. My bad ankle, my bad back and the list goes on. At best, the rehab does the job but it takes too long. At worst, it takes ages and doesn’t even rehab the area properly. Resting injuries isn’t the answer, attentive progression is.
