Hello and welcome to my podcast! My name is Karina Smith. In this podcast I aim to bring you a delightful array of amazing discussions and topics about yin yoga and chinese medicine. Sometimes there will be overlap between these two worlds and sometimes there will not be. I am a Melbourne based yin yoga teacher and yin yoga educator, and also a qualified acupuncturist and herbalist. I also know tonnes of incredible people that I think you would love to get to know; everyone from acupuncturists, therapists, yin yoga teachers, self-care masters, and people with extarordinary health stories to share. I find myself having amazing conversations with very smart and engaging people all the time, and now I have a space where you can be part of the conversation too. Perhaps you are a yin yoga teacher, or a student of yin, a chinese medicine practitioner, or student of chinese medicine, this podcast is for all of you as a place to get inspired, educated, and connected with each other.
