As some of you may know, I am prepping to do Toughest Mudder, 8 hours on a 5 mile course, as many laps as you can do. To help getting started, I reached out to marathon expert, and friend from law school, Kim Clark. Kim has run 11 marathons and many more halfs. She gives me tips on how to start my training and with a runner’s diet. We also talk about Halloween and our favorite candies! Enjoy the show! #WorkOutNerdOut
