Imagine rating your life a six or seven—could you settle for that? 🤔 Tony Robbins once posed this question, and it made me rethink how we balance work and life.
I recently came across an ad of his promoting the idea of "firing yourself" and empower your team. While I'm all for empowering teams, firing yourself isn't always the answer. Many of my clients have to step back from their businesses temporarily due to personal commitments.
In these situations, empowering your team is crucial, but so is having the right systems in place. You can't just disappear without a safety net. Instead of firing yourself, focus on empowering your team and implementing systems that keep you informed, even when you're not present.
Let's create a balance where you can step away confidently, knowing that your business is in capable hands. 💪
