If you always wonder what food you should eat to lose weight, fat, gain energy and strength at the same time, this episode is for you. So often we avoid eating or we eat less food thinking we will lose weight, when in fact the opposite happens, we gain weight, because our bodies are in starvation mode and will not release the pounds.
