Life is BUSY and if we don't take the time to tune in with ourselves, our stress levels, and how we're feeling, it could be effecting us way more than we can even imagine. I share a recent medical scare that I had after getting off my ADHD meds and birth control and open up about how my stress has felt overwhelming. Our stress levels, breathing, and connection to ourselves controls sooo much in our lives. I wanted to share my personal experience to remind everyone that taking a break and resting is sometimes the most productive thing you can do for your overall well being. We also chat a lot about anxiety and making sure that even in your darkest times, you're still reaching out to your friends and loved ones to talk about it. Opening up can feel SO hard to do so sometimes but connecting with others and getting their support is often what helps you come out of it better than ever.
