Martin Wuttke is a pioneer in the field of neurofeedback and was one of the first to utilize neurofeedback as an inpatient treatment method for drug addictions, anxiety disorders, depression and PTSD. With over 40 years of experience, Marty shaped the neurofeedback community worldwide and has trained many of the neurofeedback practitioners of today. He is the author of The Brain Sutras.

Here Dawson and Marty share their insights on:

  • Ancient techniques that change the brain
  • The meditative techniques in the Vedas that came from the Rishis
  • The 8 limbs of yoga in Patanjali and how they are a developmental path
  • Unless the emotional brain is calm it sabotages the whole process
  • The more flexible the body becomes the more we can move to higher consciousness
  • Breathing techniques
  • Giving up of ego
  • Realizing everything is consciousness
  • A two-way communication channel between the heart and brain
