Today our intention is your physical wellbeing. Time to clear your mind even more and end the confusion between your body and your mind. Time to connect and become a team with your body, restoring natural balance and health.

This is the fifth part of my relaxing Hypnotic Mindfulness series. The best way to listen to these recording is in the original order, one per day, building skills step by step. I assume that you already listened to my previous four recordings. It took you just a few days to become much more peaceful and mindful. I am sure that you noticed those positive results already.

The hypnotic Mindfulness we are practising today goes farther than that. You are learning to use your quiet mind to realize and use your own power, the power of your own being, and to make things work NOW. Let us call it Mindfulness in action.
