How do you find your compass when you end up on the dark side? Jay (@jayadams.uk) was born in a rough neighborhood in the UK. He left school at thirteen and became a local gangster. We will discuss how he turned his life around and significantly impacted my grieving journey.

Jay is a serial entrepreneur with barber shops in the UK, Australia, Norway, and the Czech Republic. He also runs a marketing agency and other businesses. Jay created two barber reality shows about barbering and London, and it will release a new documentary about barbering in 2023. I could go on because he is today Leonardo da Vinci. But mainly, he is a tough dude with a big heart.
