NOTE: I recorded this episode weeks ago. Since that time, my mom has continued to decline and is currently in hospice care. I debated about still posting this, but I think it might be helpful for others. We appreciate your prayers and concern as we navigate this time.

On today’s episode, we are talking about aging parents and the challenges that it brings. If you are not in this stage of life, I suggest to just love your parents and enjoy every moment with them that you can.

If you are on this journey, I would ask you if you are okay with how you are showing up.

Are you showing up as YOU?

Or are you showing up out of responsibility or resentment or frustration?

This is a powerful question to ask yourself about any relationship. Choosing to show up is a choice as well as HOW you show up is a choice.
