I know from experience how important it is to eat well and cook. Fòod is necessary for sustenance. Once you start to realise that this is a fact you face less oppression and uncertainty in life. Do yourself a favor and cook as often as is needed in order to stay healthy and jmprove on your wellbeing, Please consult a dietician before embarking on a diet or even if you are considering cutting your food intake and reducing your calories consumption.
