To BCAA or not to BCAA? That is the question I see on vegan bodybuilding groups all over the internet. And it's about damn time I share my own opinion on the subject. So if you are a vegan looking to build some muscle, I highly suggest you give this one a listen! Not only am I sharing my own experience with the supplementation of BCAAs but also my own vast knowledge of amino acids in general and how their consumption can benefit or hinder your own vegan bodybuilding efforts.
