Why not start your day off with a calming meditation practice?
"Meditation has many health benefits, but only if you commit to a regular meditation practice and do it regularly."
I was motivated to create a daily meditation practice after hearing about all the health benefits it can have. I started meditating decades ago and now I do it every day. It's helped me to become more purposeful and create deeper meaning in my life. I'm always looking for ways to improve my practice and make it more beneficial for me. I love hearing about other people's meditation practices and how they've benefited from them.
