Let’s talk sugar! We’re not going to tell you to throw away all things sugar, but we are going to share with you an important awareness piece to take with you so you can decide how you choose to eat each day.

Asking yourself things like:

  • How do I feel?
  • What’s my energy & mood like?
  • Am I always aching, injured or sick?
  • Do I constantly feel bloated or inflamed?

These are important questions to evaluate as you start to think about how what you eat could be affecting you and deciding if that is how you want to live.

Jess is back at Trader Joe’s (of course lol) and loves their Gluten Free Norwegian Crisp Bread to add some crunch to her lunch without all the gunk.
