96. How To Actually Enjoy Exercise & Stay Consistent With It

Is exercise something you struggle to stay consistent with?
Or something you feel like you have to force yourself to do because you *know* it's good for you, but it just feels like another chore on your to-do list that you just don't want to do?

Fresh off my first run of the season, I ran to my microphone to record this episode to share the most valuable things I've changed and shifted in my relationship with exercise that has allowed me to:
- Truly love moving my body daily
- Take rest days when I need it without guilt or anxiety
- Explore new ways of moving my body that has made me feel the most energized and confident in my body than ever before (independent of how it *looks*)
