As an experienced operator and entrepreneur, Rich has built and collaborated with high-caliber, global cross-functional teams that increased consumer growth, revenue, and stakeholder value. Before founding Peppermint he was Head of Platform at Tastemade, a global media network that offers lifestyle programming for online audiences, and prior to that was CEO at ChefsFeed, which was acquired by Tastemade.

He has also co-founded and served as CEO of digital publishing platform Zinio, and worked with a variety of media and internet businesses ranging from Hearst to AOL. Rich is passionate about leveraging new technology to build community and to create innovative consumer experiences.
