Do you know the business rules game?

One of them is the fulfillment part.

You have to deliver, produce whatever it is you're selling.

And your ability to do that will dictate whether you stay in business.

So that's why one of the eight unbreakable rules is your business plan.

What is it going to take to attract customers, sell the customers and then provide what it is you have agreed to?

And then what is the service end on the back end?

Is there a warranty, customer service, et cetera? You got to cover all of it. Thing is just that's great and that's important, but that just gets the ball rolling.
