This week Maria talks to lawyer turned life and business coach Sindy Warren about transitions.
Maria and Sindy discuss transitions we pick for ourselves (like career pivots) vs. transitions we don't choose (like aging, changes in our health, etc.), the challenges that come up with each type of transition, and how we can navigate those challenges and embrace transition even when it's scary. They also each share personal experiences with transition, how having an external perspective can be incredibly helpful, and how social conditioning can come in and make things harder!
