Very important that you have the right sound when you work out , the inner sound and the outer sound sound is so important because when you do it right the muscles move all by they self. Bruce Lee actually said I don't hit because when it's time to hit the hit was going to hit you all by itself and I'm just paraphrasing and reminding you that sound is important make sure that you have the right frequencies when you work out and it feels as if you working out without working out.
