In a world where we seem to be staring down at our phones all day and sitting at our desks typing away on computers, maintaining a healthy neck has never been more important. So for today’s episode, I am sitting down with Dr Trudy Rebbeck. Trudy is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist that focuses on whiplash, neck pain and headaches at her clinic, the Sydney Specialist Physiotherapy Centre. Trudy is a wealth of knowledge and a true expert in this field of health. She has a BAppSc: Physiotherapy, a MAppSc: Manipulative Physiotherapy, a PhD from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Australian College of Physiotherapists. Trudy’s output includes over 40 research publications in the highest impact journals within and external to her profession, she has been cited over 1000 times, and has won over $5 million in competitive grant funding.
