For more than thirty years, Will Rinehart, known as "Chill," has been a significant presence in the entertainment industry and community activism. Throughout his career, Chill has taken on various roles such as concert promoter, manager, consultant, entertainment writer, and community organizer. Through his dedication and perseverance, Chill has not only expanded his brand but has also contributed positively to the industry and its communities. Originating in Chicago, Illinois, Chill's company has collaborated with some of the industry's top figures over the years. Chill is the proud owner of "Come Clean Empire, a company that has expanded into various sectors of the industry such as marketing, consultation, management, booking, media services, touring, and more. Recently, Chill has kicked off the third annual Grassroots Music Seminar and Concert Tour (formerly known as the Grassroots Music Seminar and Showcase Tour), earning national recognition as the first-ever national touring industry seminar tour in history. It has been dubbed "The Traveling Curriculum to the Music Industry."
