In the first episode of Not Good, Molly talks with her best friend Amanda, who is also a therapist, to discuss what effective therapy should look like - and why it's okay to go. After sharing perspectives from the chairs of both clinician and client, the two offer resources that will ideally make mental health services more appealing, accessible, and affordable for listeners.
