Today on ONE HOT MESS, we will continue our reading of *The Self-Discovery Book*. We are starting with the section on Energenetics. Energenetics refers to the genetic traits of energy that are passed down through families and cultures; it essentially represents your inherited human energy system.
After that, we will explore Family Patterning and Dynamics. There are several levels to consider regarding family patterning and dynamics:
1. They are energetic in nature.
2. They are behavioral in nature.
3. They are habitual in nature.
4. They are usually unconscious in nature.
