77% of adults over the age of 50 prefer to age in place. Sometimes, that’s easier said than done, depending on where you live and the state of your health.

Join us as we discuss a new program that helps older adults age at home. The state of Illinois and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have awarded OSF HealthCare a contract to be one of the first in the state to offer a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
