Ever wanted to jump into the mind of a surgical intern? Not a real one of course! This episode we do a general overview of all the different categories of IFS, and use a beloved Greys Anatomy bad boy to map a full system. We'll highlight which protectors show up, which exiles we imagine them to be protecting, and explore what it would be like if this character had an IFS therapist and could access more self energy. If you're finding yourself curious about the interplay of different parts, this is a great place to conceptualize.
