Russ Mitchell is a self-described “certified idiot, clown, moron and whatever other adjectives you can use to describe a person that loves to act a fool.” His goal is to make people laugh more and “learn to shine a light that can show others the way.” Recently, especially through his YouTube Channel (Homesick Buckeye), he has been shining a light on the ketogenic diet.
