How badly do you want to be right? When anger arises do you channel in for good, or does it get pushed down?

In an argument with a partner, friend, co-worker, or anyone else, do you feel yourself wanting to prove a point? To win? Do you ever argue in your own head- with yourself?

Maybe you completely disengage with the person, ghost them, and hope the disagreement just goes away.

All of the above are normal human reactions to confrontation. But they aren’t the most useful ways of handling it.

In this episode, learn how to handle anger from a place of self-love and transformation. I share how triggers can be opportunities for deeper connection with understanding yourself and others better and how to navigate them with intention and care.

Being angry feels off-putting, but love and self-awareness on the other side of understanding what to do when anger arises feel so much better.
