We’ll discuss all things cortisol and how to find balance, so you don’t let too much stress and cortisol levels impact your health.
Cortisol is known as your body’s Stress Hormone and something your body needs. However, it can also work against you so it’s important to understand some of the implications with too much or too little cortisol.
