There are some common barriers that prevent people from exercising or improving their health. They are time, environment, and convenience.
In this episode, I am joined by Dr. Heather Hausenblas, PhD, a health psychology expert, international award-winning scientist, public speaker, and best-selling author. She is ranked in the top 1% of the most influential scientists in the world and the founder and CEO of Wellness Discovery Labs, which specializes in providing scientific research to companies, and helps people have healthy, happy, and energy-filled lives. Heather is also the co-founder of Healthy Moves Journaling, a wellness company that focuses on small changes for big health improvements; and she is a professor of health psychology at Jacksonville University.
