In this odd moment in time where many of us are socially isolating due to the corona virus 2020, Katie and I talk about the benefits of technology in connecting with others and in helping women not feel so alone in what they are going through. As a new mom, social isolation impacted me more that I realized at the time, and as we isolate now it calls up some of those same feelings I felt in early motherhood. This Family Brain series is for new moms, expecting moms, veteran moms, and for anyone who loves a mom.
