In this episode of Beyond Sober, I discuss the negative effects of alcohol and how it can disrupt sleep and cause dehydration.

Hangovers are mostly caused by dehydration and sleep deprivation, and that alcohol can disrupt the chemical balance in the brain and lead to difficulty sleeping.
