the grounding episode (feat. kelli parmley)
Manage episode 354005557 series 2928384
In today's episode, we talk about the specific power of grounding to assist healing both as individuals and in community. DeAnn is joined by Kelly Parmley, an important member of her personal recovery community. Lot's of wisdom from Kelly and some amazing insight to one of her tools, lovingly referred to as "The Scooby Doo". The episode ends with Kelly taking the Show Up and Stay community through a community grounding of our own. This will feel good. Like you just put your feet in the grass outside an a warm, breezy spring day.
