In this episode, we learn to sit in our safe space, with an emphasis placed on creating a supportive energy field, so that we can tap into our inherent resilience and strength. We explore the concept of self-correction and we discover that we have the ability to realign with our true selves, even amidst chaos. We also go gently into an understanding of the self-reprimand and our societal conditioning. From this understanding, we can then help ourselves break free from punishing self-talk and embrace our unique purpose. We are encouraged to actively engage in self-reflection, and through this process, to acknowledgment our inner light and guidance. We are led to understand our potential for personal and collective transformation firstly through our breaking of negative patterns, and then through our growing self-awareness, self-correction, and re-alignment.
This is a processing episode. These episodes are a guide to the conscious processing of our burdens and points of suffering, enabling us to break free from their hold. Through this liberation, we embrace a life marked by greater ease and flow as we shed the weight of our past burdens and move forward.
