When we do the inner work and start shedding layers of programming and patterns that no longer align, there is an inevitable grieving part of the cycle. This can feel a bit weird as we are mourning something that we are choosing to release. This can have you feeling a bunch of different ways! Our conversation brought out so much that the end of the chat had most of sitting in silence processing!
