55:59In this episode, I am joined by my dearest Sister, Dora O. She has been and continues to be my beacon of hope. During this journey of grief & Loss, she stood firm beside me, making decisions on my behalf since she gathered that i wasn't in the right state of mind. In this episode, she shares how she helped me cope with grief and mourn, honor both James and Keitangaza's memories. I can't stress enough the importance of having a kind caregiver on this journey. To say that I was not functioning would be understatement, so having someone who knew what i liked or disliked and who to let into my space and not to let into my space is vital to one's healing process. My hope for those who listen in, is that you'll pick a leaf from Dora's experience and rather than cause a wound as a caregiver, heal and bind the brokenness in your loved one's life.…
