Whitney Ashley is an Olympic Track & Field discus thrower. I am so grateful to have her on the show and excited for you to hear her story. Whitney shares her experience with the faulty Olympic Committee this year, working through identity and confidence issues as an adult woman, and how she found the strength to not only #SPEAKHERTRUTH, but to live it as well!
