Today I’m going deeper into the stress spectrum to help you understand what’s happening inside of you when you’re not ok beginning with Good Stress.

Good stress is something most people haven’t heard of, but it’s the BEST kind of stress you can experience in this life. Good stress is the “God stress” as I like to say, because it’s the stress that God designed you to live and thrive in daily. From deep restorative rest, all the way through movement and exercise, Good Stress is the state of your nervous system that you’re dreaming of and deserve.

And today I’m explaining God’s design for you in these nervous system states, why No Stress is so crucial for your health (mental and physical) and how mental health can help you get back there to find peace in your mind and body.
