For years I heard the trope calories in calories out. But what I didn’t know is that we are much more complex than the simple trope allows! We are not simple machines you feed food into and get a printed result. Instead we have a complex relationship with the microbes in our guts! Come find out how your microbiome can affect your weight loss.

In this episode find:

  • Louis Pasteur and Illych Metchnikoff
  • Microbes: some are beneficial and some are harmful
  • Antibiotics don’t discriminate between good microbes and bad
  • Why eat Probiotics
  • Why fiber is necessary
  • Why highly refined foods cause harm

You don’t want to miss this episode. It is definitely a podcast to remember! Get dressed, put on your shoes, grab the nearest treadmill or piece of pavement, and listen while you move!
