After a grueling series of patient deaths, Dr. Brady found himself unable to bring himself to work. He felt loss, depressed, and over medicine. He found himself retreating to Buddhist Seminary for a month of meditation and focus. Dr. Brady outlines how this break from medicine allowed him to provide better care for his patients.
