Cameron Rodger is the Managing Director of Entain New Zealand, that’s the company that runs the TAB and the brand new app “Betcha.”

I invited Cam on for a podcast conversation because Betcha is jumping on board as a podcast sponsor.

I thought it would be a good idea to put some questions to him about what Entain is doing to manage harmful gambling in New Zealand. And what sort of guard rails they have to keep the people who need help safe.

I like having a small sports bet every now and then, but I am well aware that it does a lot of damage to some people so I was keen to get an understanding of the work they do.

This isn’t a puff piece. But it isn’t a hit job either.
