Jeremy Burright:
We have a fascinating interview with an amazing guide and mentor who actually believe is that his challenges were not helpful and having a positive attitude actually worked against him. Because he was an incredibly nice person and he had this view of “I can handle it” somehow the universe kept piling hard things into his life, similar to the Joy character from Insideout. The way Jeremy was able to turn that feeling around was to acknowledge he is a good catch and demanded good experiences, demand to be happy, to have love in his life.
Jeremy does not believe in a positive attitude anymore, but on joy, curiosity, and accepting something from a source he may not understand but demands to be happy will not accept any other.
“I now know I’m Jeremy no matter what situation I’m put in, I’m still going to be Jeremy”
“People don’t trust themselves” this idea is what makes it hard to get such an understanding as what Jeremy experienced. “Your hard wants to know if you have its back”, even when it feels mean but you have to rock the boat, follow your heart just learn to do it tactfully.
“The strength was me being me” was the lesson he learned for his success on Clubhouse, showing up with no filters and ready to rock the boat.
Jeremy got to tap into his true potential and connect to all the possibilities of what else can he make happen and has created an amazingly successful life he loves.
