Holy Basil is taking the stage, and we couldn't be more excited to highlight that precious holy oil today. "Tulsi essential oil is extracted from a bushy shrub with lavender-colored flowers. The tulsi plant has a long history of use in Indian wellness practices and has served as an important part of spiritual protective rituals in many cultures. Tulsi means “the incomparable one,” and the plant has been referred to as “queen of the herbs.” Experimental research suggests eugenol and β-Caryophyllene—chemical constituents in Tulsi oil—contribute to its cleansing properties and skin benefits." -doterra website
