Ahhh....how many are feeling overwhelmed and have a bit of anxiety thinking about your schedule changing again. It is another new season coming upon us with our kids going back to school and schedules changing. Change can be hard, but it can also be a really good thing too if we just can build some simple habits around different areas that will not only make our days run smoother but allow us to stay on the right path with our health and fitness as well.

Creating time for you is so important in all of this. Morning routine, I am huge on this as it is what starts your day off right.

Then in today's podcast I share many examples for easy, simple and yummy macro friendly meals for each Breakfast, Lunches & Dinners for you and your kiddos as you head into this new season.
