In this episode I talk to Megna, a graduate student in Solar and Alternate Energy Engineering. She actively volunteers to connect with her community and make it a better place. To date, she has volunteered with MindChamps, UNV India, Aster Volunteers, Wings of Angelz, and Al Noor Training Centre.
She talks about overcoming the lowest points in her life; anxiety, low self-esteem and body image issues. Tune in to be inspired :)
