A life-long Anglican, Daniel grew up in Port Hope, Ontario where he attended the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Port Hope, with his twin sister. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and History (Hons.) from the University of Guelph and a Master of Divinity (with distinction) from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario. Daniel is a reverend at the St. John's Dixie church in Mississauga, Ontario.
